DELIVERY
All orders placed with CMS Plant Foods Ltd are shipped from Nicosia, Cyprus via our affiliate courier. Shipping cost is €3.5 for orders less than €30. Orders exceeding €30 value are free of delivery fees for all destinations.
Upon placing your order with CMS Plant Foods Ltd, you will receive a confirmation email. Before your order ships, you will be notified by the delivery company to finalise the time and delivery location. The expected time for receiving your order is approximately 2-3 working days
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only. We will try to minimize any potential delays.
We deliver to most postal codes across the Island.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you wish to initiate a return for any product from your order, particularly applicable to frozen food/beverages or goods intended for daily consumption, kindly ensure the return is processed promptly upon receiving the order, or at the latest by the day following the date of receipt. We are delighted to offer either a replacement or a refund, in whole or in part, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by CMS Plant Foods Ltd.
An essential condition for any return is that the item must be in an undamaged state, complete with its original packaging, inclusive of all accessories, additional services, and benefits associated with the sale. This includes any accompanying documents or elements (e.g., box, polystyrene, nylon, batteries, labels, tags, warranty forms, instructions, vouchers, etc.). Failure to meet these criteria does not forfeit your right to return the item, but you will be held responsible for any decrease in the item’s value.
Certain items, due to health or safety considerations, are non-returnable. Prior to purchase, please take note of such restrictions, which may be indicated by a specific label on the online store. If any product within these categories experiences a manufacturing issue, please inform us promptly via email at info@amanamu.com.
It’s important to highlight that return costs are entirely covered by us.
For instances where the delivered products differ from what was ordered, arrive in a quantity greater or less than the one specified, or if the product’s packaging is significantly damaged during delivery, to the extent that it affects its use or the product is found to be defective, returns are accepted provided these issues can be attributed to CMS Plant Foods Ltd. In such cases, you have the choice to either reject the product during the delivery process or request its return after contacting CMS Plant Foods Ltd at info@amanamu.com. Failure to adhere to these procedures does not forfeit your right to return the items, but you will be responsible for any reduction in their value.
Failure to return products within the agreed-upon timeframe, after communication with CMS Plant Foods Ltd and within the specified period, entitles CMS Plant Foods Ltd to refuse the return and replacement.
In the event of product returns, any refund to the customer will be processed by crediting the credit card used for the original purchase or in cash if the order was paid on delivery.
Should returned products be damaged or incomplete, your right to return them is maintained, but you will be accountable for any reduction in their value.
